Julie and Sean were married on a perfect summer day at Briarwood Golf Club in Broadview Heights, Ohio. Their ceremony was officated by Sean’s Uncle and Godfather, Thomas, who was entertaining and heartfelt throughout the ceremony. I would never had known it was his first time officiating a wedding if he hadn’t told us.
Liisa and Roland first contacted me last year about photographing their wedding at Stan Hywet Hall and Gardens, one of my favorite Northeast Ohio wedding venues. The Hall and Gardens offer so many gorgeous locations for photos. The gardens are so expansive that, despite photographing several weddings there over the past 15 years, we wandered into a spot that I had no idea even existed, the Japanese Garden.
